hey. i had the same problem with my right nipple. it was dark purple right after surgery, and over the course of a week it turned pitch black. luckily it wasn't my nipple that was dying, just hte outer nipple View My Photo Album Here

I had the same sort of thing but like you it very slowly went pink.
I was told by my PS that this was nothing to worry about. If the nipple dies then it goes very dry and starts to shrink. Yours looks fine hunny!

I also pay for mine and have never regreted it for a second, had it done 4-21-2006. Best money I have ever spent. You look great!!
