Hi I have a ? for anyone that can help. I had a bl/ag . I had smaller implants put in about 4 weeks ago. well I have one breast that is much smaller and a very diff shape . There is no fullness at the top of the smaller breast at all and the bigger one I love it is very round and full all over . Question is how hard is it for my ps to just go in and make the smaller one a little bigger . I think I will have the fullness if it was as big as the other. Will most ps do this ? Thanks

Hi Mistytucker: I was wondering if your breasts were different looking one from the other before the surgery. Did he use the same size implant on both sides? I am sure he can make adjustments if you are willing to go thru it again and pay for it. They need to look similar especially in fullness at the top in case you want to show some cleavage.I found out that sometimes it takes several attempts to get things right. It depends how important it is to you. But, yes I would say it can be done.

thanks that helps but no they were the same befor its just my old implants were too big . Now I have one that is 440 and the other is 390. So yes I had a size diff but the other sugeon made them the same when I had them 6 years ago. The shape is just sooooo diff now because of the fullness. And the one that is bigger was my bigger beast befor .

I always tell patients "You will have sisters not twins" and this is especially true of the lifts more than the BA.
You are still early, and I would expect this to improve by 3 months.

Well my ps did say that this problem was why I was in for 8 hours . I have alot of breast tissue on the top of the full one and the left one all the tissue is on the bottom. So he said the more he would fill the left implant the bigger the bottom the left breast would get so I was under for soooo long he had to just leave them and he is now going to take more skin off the bottom of left one to push the implant up with the other. So we will see I pray it works.
