Question
tomorrow's gonna be a week since i had my BR, so just thought i'd share with everyone how it's been since...
So the first 3 days were the hardest. i spent almost 24 hours in bed, taking lots of pain killers and sleeping and barely moving or eating.... i had no appetite (actually i still dont) had a nurse come in every day and today was her last day...she said i dont need her anymore...
my mom has been great, doing eveything for me, thank god for the long weekend. it's important to have someone there to help you out! especially showering & brushing hair...etc..
I had to pee quite often....which was annoying with the drains...
but I was constipated and had no bowl movement until the 5th day
i stopped taking the pain killers today, but if i feel any pain again i wont hesitate to take some. they work well!!
i've been getting bad headaches..not sure why, could be due to sleeping on my back all night... (nothing the pain killers cant take care of)
The drain removal was probably the most painful thing i had to endure. I didnt think it would be so painful, but thank god it's over & these tubes are out.... the boobs look cute, swelling starting to go down....just very itchy!!
and one thing im worried about is that my right boob looks slightly bigger than my left one....i hope it wont be so noticeable!
i have my followup next week so i'll let ya'll know how it goes...
overall im very happy!!! i should have done this years ago!!!! i recommend this to anyone! it's great having small boobs. i should change my username to "prettyflatandlovingit" LOL:) i'll post some pics soon!
also i started trying on some clothes and my boobs look so tiny! it's great! hope they never grow bigger! i love this size. my brothers have no idea i did this surgery, but they told my mom that it looks like i've lost alot of weight & were worried about me! im finally starting to love my body again!! glad your feeling better. i too had headaches until i stopped taking the pain killers(lortab ). i am taking just advil and at this point not taking them much. but then i didn't have a lot of pain.
i agree with the having to pee but i drink alot of water so i am sure that had a lot to do with it. the itchiness too is there.
it will get better and hopefully if you can stop the pain killers your on the headaches will stop
