Answer
I met with 2 different all BCBS plans nationwide is a BMI less than 30...it is new this year. You can find that right on their website. Some PS's just write an estimated BMI in their preauth letters, others put in an estimated height/weight that they know will work. 5 years ago, the height weight and BMI weren't even issues...but now more and more IC's are adopting them as part of their criteria.

Answer
You know, I don't really like that. I don't think that is very fair. I have very large breasts and if I were to lose weight (and God know how hard that is with these things anyway with the back and neck pain and whatnot), my breasts still would not go down that much. There is too much there. Luckily, my IC accepted me and I don't have to worry about that, but I feel for the ladies who wouldn't be accepted. That's gotta be hard to deal with.25, 5'2", nice boobs!
