1-Month Post-op Visit

Question
I wasn't supposed to go back to the doctor for another 2 weeks, but the results of my CT scan came in and I wanted to see him to get those results.
The spot on my lung was a calcified granuloma, which he said was pretty common. There was another small spot on the CT scan that did not show up on the x-ray. The report said that it was more than likely a noncalcified granuloma, but that I need to have follow-up CT scans for a year to make sure there is no change.
One good thing about having the CT scan was that it showed that there was no infection or inflammation in the breast tissue, so it looks like everything is healing well. My PS said he wants to see me one more time in about 6 weeks because there is a scab that he wants to make sure resolves okay. He said he will probably release me after that visit & I won't have to go back unless I have problems.
