Hello everyone,
I havene't been on much lately as I have been preparing for my BR. I'll be under way at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning 8/7/06. I've done everything I can do, and now I'm just sitting waiting for time to go buy. I just hope I don't purge my cookies in the morning from nerves. What is it like when they mark up your boobs? I'm supposed to be home by 5:00 p.m., so I hope that is true. My husband will be with me and he's more nervous than I am. I've been drinking water all day, but my mouth feels drier with every sip. We you all jittery the night before? I wish I could take something so I can sleep. I'm going to play my daughter's Nintendogs game on her Nintendo DS and hope that helps. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that tomorrow's the big day and I'll post as soon as I can and feel able to sit up. Was it painful to type the first after?
I'm sure I'll have tons of questions during recovery. Thank you all for your wonderful advice and great support. Tomorrow, I join the ranks of the recovery bound. Yippee!!!!

remember what Cupcakes says.. drink you water.. and beware of the dreaded morphine drip.. it makes you queasy!

Hey byebyeboobies, it's hard to believe that I'm done and a week later
almost you're going in. You've been so supportive of me and kind and know I'm there in the OR with you in spirit ok? I know this is the comtempative time or feeling just sort of numb (for me anyhow), but it all passes so fast, just focus on yourself and the old girls and the new ones that will emerge in a few hours from now. Oh gal it is so worth it. I'm sending (((((((HUGS))))))))) and the best vibes I can down to you tonight.

and no typing wasn't a problem at all. I could have typed all day. But yes as someone else said if this is your lst time for morphine that might be the worst, or it was for me. Yuck. But our bodies are all different. See ya
