I have a weird ? I have sub mammary implants (Gel) when I lay down it feels like the implants are up in my chest.. Is that normal for them to move like that???

I have gummy bears (firm silicone) overs and the do shift up somewhat when I lay down and to the side a little, this is also what a normal breast will do I think. Doesn't feel or seem strange to me -Rose - Inamed410 "Gummy Bears" pics here
