Thank you Miki for posting this - I half think it should be a sticky!
People really need to realize that there is no way around it - it takes $$$ to do this right and if you're shopping around making decisions based only price then the reality is you probably can't afford it and should wait until you can. Even surgeries done locally always carry some risk of some problem which will incur some additional cost and this has to be figured in too when deciding to go forth.
I wonder how the lady is who posted here awhile back, she's in the UK and had been to Tunisia or somewhere like that - I hope she is ok....Rose - Inamed410 "Gummy Bears" pics here

I don't even know why people would think to go abroad for cosmetic surgery. No way, no how would I go to a different country to save a couple thousand....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!

Remember thought that not everyone lives in the USA and bad Dr's are in teh USA too...one has to remember to thoroughly check out their PS...NO MATTER WHO RECOMMENDED THEMMiki
