Question
I seen my PS today, since about 2 weeks after surgery my right boob is more saggy and my left one looks and is firmer. My implants are 600cc and the left one is filled to 650 and no overfill on the right. I don't know if it is b/c of the overfill or what, but the left looks smaller. (maybe b/c of the sag on the other?) Anyway, my PS said she could overfill my right implant in the office, under a local (just to my breast), I told her that it sortof freaks me out not being under and knowing what shes doing, she said I would feel some pulling. She only does minor procedures in the office. So, has anyone done this before, and how was it? Also, will this make my right boob not as saggy looking and more like the other? This would be the whole point of me doing this. Thank-you for any responders.

Answer
So that I am understanding you, you have the Implants that sizes can adjust with a valve? cool
Answer
all saline implants are adjustable though most are a 1 time adjustment IF they have not been filled to the max when installed.

I would like to put in my 2 cents regarding what you are calling "Overfilling":
"Overfilling" is a misnomer (a wrong term), if we're talking about filling within the "suggested fill capacity" of the implant.
Example: Mentor Round Smooth Implant Model 350-1655 (350+50cc)
The MINIMUM suggested fill for this implant is 350cc.
The MAXIMUM suggested fill for this implant is 400cc (350 + 50 = 400)
* This implant can be filled up to anywhere in between (352, 365, 378, 397... as examples)
* Anything BEYOND 400cc would be considered "overfill"
When people say, "I have 350s overfilled to 375.", they are NOT being "overfilled" since 375 is LESS THAN the maximum of 400. They're actually just filled within the suggested range.
Some ps' DO overfill (go beyond the manufacturer's suggested maxiumum fill), but that would not only be unsafe, but it would also cause the implant to be extremely hard and would void the manufacturer's warranty.
So, UNLESS your ps did in fact go beyond the manufacturer's suggested maximum fill, you are not "overfilled" and should be able to have saline added to your existing implant and should even you out.Wisdom is learning what to overlook. - William James

My right breast is at the minimum fill--600cc, my left is at the max 650cc.
No input Miki? would you do this? oh yeah this is at no charge to me and my PS said she would give me a valum if I wanted. I have never had a valum so sortof leary of that too.
