Question
I am a runner and do weight training two times a week. In your opinion would over or unders be better for me? I was thinking that with running, unders would be better as the muscle would keep in implant in place better and for a longer period of time. Then again, I hear the with weight training and unders the implant distorts? Distorts...like temporarily? Does that cause permanent damage to the implant? I'm a bit confused. With running one needs an excellent support bra:) With lifting weights when the implant is under the pec muscle the implant distorts for a few seconds only. When you put your arms down the implant is fine. DOes no harm that I am aware of
I think overs work when one is a very serious weight lifter. But..overs are only for when one has enough breast tissue thickness, If you are having very large implayourownchoice@comcast.net
