I have had 3 surgeries in the last year all going through the areola....no pain, no problems and no loss of sensitivity......don't worry...you will be fine using that site....

Don't worry Laney, you'll be just fine. I wasn't crazy about going through the nipple either but it was my PS's preference so I trusted him. And I'm glad I did. There was hardly any incision pain and at 3 months post, you can barely see my www.picturetrail.com/jamiemoa1

I had a nipple incision. Mysty is so correct. The pain is not in the site of the incision! Almost 4 yrs later and no visible scarring.
Mysty, I saw you lipo pics and you look fantastic. I would love to have lipo done but a bit scared of the pain. I've been told it's pretty painful. I workout my legs to no avail and those saddlebags just don't go away so I am considering the lipo as a last resort.
