I am 5'8" and 135 lbs and I have the long and lean look. I was a small 36A and now 36 C. It is what I asked for. I orginally wanted 350cc but last minute the doctor convinced me that for my built I should have 410cc. I have always just wanted to have some breasts, but I want them to look natural. I look good in clothes, but when I take off my shirt, I feel that I have these big fake breasts and I get depressed..... Have any of you experienced this?

I'm sorry you're bummed on your boobs right now. Being "busty" is a different look from the sleeker look you're used to, but at your height l'll bet they look very proportionate on you. A C really isn't that big, it's just bigger than you're used to, and probably in time you'll grow to love them. If it's any comfort, 60 cc's wouldn't have made much of a difference...it's like 2 oz of fluid, so even if you'd gone with 350cc's instead of 410, you'd probably look about the same. Give it time, it's only been a month. Those first couple of months post-op are a bit of a roller coaster emotionally

You are still so high right now, your final look is not anything like what you look like right now. As the weeks pass you will drop and fluff more and gain more of a natural look. Give it time and I am almost positive that you will be VERY happy!

At first I thought I went way to big, everyone called me "booby monster". I felt weird and felt fat. I couldnt see my toes over those things and looked heavier. As time went on they dropped, fluffed and softened up. I'm 2 years post op of 635cc saline unders and feel they are small. They are soft and fall to the side when I lay down, they took like they were my own. I dont regret my size and dont look fat anymore. The feeling of fat was from actually having breasts, they change your whole frame and projection. Allot of the men I know their wives are looking into this and come to me to feel, grab and move my breasts to get a feel of how soft they are.

Hi there,
I was feeling like this too just a few days ago (I'm 3 weeks post op). I think it just takes time to get used to them and for them to start feeling and looking more natural. It is hard to be patient for the changes, but time does pass fairly fast. With your frame, it sounds like you can definitely pull of that size without looking too big.BA Jan 11/06

Usually 2 months in they are looking more natural and they feel like you. In time you may find that you couldve gone bigger or that they just perfect. I know it kills but patience is all it takes. I kept myself busy with odds and ends so I didnt focus on them. Yesterday my mom reminded me that it had been 2 years since my BA, I just was shocked!

Hi everyone, it really helps reading all your posts....it's agonizing from the viewpoint of someone who hasn't had their procedure yet, to read of all the things you have to consider and the difficulty of knowing whether you and your surgeon are making the right choices for you to be ultimately happy with what you end up with. I appreciate the reminder that lots of patience is called for. It's confusing reading everyone's info re what size they wanted and how many cc's they ended up with and whether that met their needs....is there anything you guys would have done differently?? I have lots of fears of going too big, since I have breast reduction in my history...after alot of wt. lost, now I am finding I have a need in the opposite direction. I appreciated the first post in this thread because I too work out alot and didn't want to go too big...I just want to fill out my regular 36c that I am now, but with more fullness and a bit of cleavage where none exists now. Maajida: I don't know what I could have done differently. THe only advise is to make sure you go for several consultations to get different opinions from the doctors. In my case, I went to four local ones. I told all the doctors that I only wanted to look natural and proportionate (not too big). Two /Three immediate suggested 350cc. One worked with me with various implants to fit in a leotard I was wearing and asked what size I preferred and it turned out to be in the 350cc range. He did mention that what I chose for my frame was below the average of what other women picked.... so That made me wonder if I was too conservative.....
But I ended up choosing an out of state doctor in OK because he came from a personal referral and he specialized in boobs only.... I had the consultation the day of surgery and that's what he suggested (410cc)! I guess if I stuck to 350cc it could have been OK. but it was also suggested that 60cc is not that different!!!

ITs still a joke with all my guy freinds!!! I wish you luck! The only thing I wouldve done differently was listen to my PS about my size. He initially wanted me to have 635cc but I went with 535cc and wasnt happy. When I had them redone I went to his suggestion and very happy I did.
