I am on week 4 and am not sure if I just didn't have much swelling to begin with or if I am still swollen. I would like to think this is all me but how do I know?

by 4 weeks it should be all you:) You just have to wait for them to drop into place adn the fluff outward

YAY ... I am right there with you! I am 4 1/2 weeks post op also and was wondering the same thing. I kept reading where some people would say they were still swollen at week 4 and I thought WHAT?!? Now we just have to wait for dropping and fluffing ... WOO HOO!
