Well I made it. I'm pretty sore in the stomach and butt area but doing okay. Better today than yesterday. I've added some pics of just before sugery and 1 day post op. Let me know what you think! He ended up using 450cc's in the breasts. I'm a little concerned about the clevage area of the breasts. Will this change? They seem so far apart right now. Happy so far with the result. It's going to take some time I'm sure. I hope everyone else is doing well!

No the drains don't hurt. It DID however hurt when my DH was draining them and bleeding them and he pulled on it! OUCH! He also was helping me go to the bathroom and kind of tugged on one when he was pulling my pants down! OUCH! He's been really great though taking care of me and making sure i'm walking, drinking, getting all my meds.
