Answer
I would have to say if you are really worried about it I would go back and see your PS.
I remember when I was 1 month, my right side felt completely different to my left. It was bigger, and took longer to drop. Things do a lot of changing over 6 months.
But if you are worried do go back and see your PS.

Do you mean you feel the implant move or that the one is like a normal boob moves? Im confused. I am 14 weeks and about a couple weeks ago I started feeling my left boob swooshing around and last night I noticed that when I was out dancing I could feel the implant moving. Today I noticed that when I lift my left arm up and back down same thing..UGH...I dont know if that is what your having or not. But I would call the PS and see if he can see you just in case. But im pretty sure its normal. I dont go to the PS until 7/7 but that will be one of my concerns that I bring up to him myself.http://www.makemeheal.com/pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=877

Noodle,
the sloshing swishing noise will go away with time ONLY. I suspect your implant is finally moving down more and the bit of extra fluid that was caught before it dropped more is finally able to be freed and will now be absorbed by your body over the next few weeks. This is a VERY positive and great sign that you are progressing in having your implants more fully drop.
The implants SHOULD move within the pocket..makes them more naturally jiggly

Answer
laney,
when having a BA you need to treat it as 2 totally different surgeries that will hela at different rates. All ofus have one breast this is a bit bratty
Implant do move when you raise you hands, etc..that should happen When you lay down they usually head to the sides a bit ..all normal.
If you experience aching or sharp shooting pains that is normal too . Most of them can be helped by massaging when this happens. How often are you massaging?
You'll do fine
Have you pics posted?
Hugs,
