Question
HI Miki,
I go back to see my PS on Wednesday. If he decides to lift the one breast to match the other I will be back to a C-cup bra which is what I started with. (right now one breast is a full C the other is a very small D)I still can't wear a bra properly.
Yes, I told him I wanted perky, even, FULL D cup breast. He never said it wasn't possible. I think I should have what I paid for.
So my question is I have 500cc's unders. I'm a C cup...if I want a very full D even DD how many CC's should I being ahttp://www.makemeheal.com/pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=1523

Answer
your BWD has to be a lot more then 14.7 if your ribcage is 36 inches.
What is your present implant model # so I can look up the BWD of them?
1. How many cc's make a cup size?
The below excerpt is an approximate cc amount vs. cup size range study:
"Results of the study showed that an average of 189cc of saline was needed to change one bra cup size. Increasing an A cup to a C cup required a total of 391cc, or 196cc per cup. Moving from a B cup to a D cup required a total of 448cc, or 224cc per cup. The largest change, an A cup increasing to a D, cup required 437cc, or 145cc per cup."
"...while these amounts help achieve the desired size, they are not exact and that differences may occur because of other variables, such as chest wall size, breast tissue and the tissue envelope size." (source: yourownchoice@comcast.net

I have looked at your pics again. The simplist thing it seems to do is to redo the lift on the longer breast and bring the yourownchoice@comcast.net

Answer
HI Miki,
The shorter breast is a C cup..which is what I began with. So I figure he'll redo the lift on the longer breast (like you said) and bring it up to match the shorter one. Which is GREAT!!
My only problem with that, is after all is said and done, I will be back to a C cup in both breast. I asked for much larger. So when I see him on Wednesday That will be the second issue I bring up.
I don't think this surgery was any more complicated than others. Rosefidd had assymetry almost like me and now she looks beautiful.
In my mind since the 500cc's isn't making me a D cup I thought maybe 650's would.http://www.makemeheal.com/pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=1523

Answer
Glad to:) It helped kill the time waiting while my oldest daughter in Atlanta was waiting for her cat scan results as she is in the ER right now-she has a kidney stone..just found out . Looks like she will not be able to breast feed Ella while on the heavy pain meds. Thankfully she has a supply stocked in the freezer.
So you see..you helped me pass the time:)
Hugs,
