I am worried about you. It seems to me that something more is going on here with you. IF and I say IF the predinisone did this to you, how much did they have you taking? And for how long? Oh my gosh, you are being put through the mill! Sounds like your system is just all stirred up - that prednisone is powerful stuff. It's something your body makes on it's own and when they give it to you, your body adjusts by making less, it can turn into a roller coaster ride. My ex-father in law had a reaction to it which sounds like what's happened to you, eventually it all settled down but it was bizarre. He went deaf for awhile but did get his hearing back.
Your husband is totally on the ball - he probably did for sure save your life - now you just be real careful and take it easy, ok?

Hi ladies,
I'm back from first appt, thought I would stop in and give update before I rest a bit, and head out again for another Dr. Appt...
Still have symptoms, but nothing like last night... The symptoms are coming and going....
I am seeing both docs today, Derma, and PCP.... I am starting to agree with you Diane, something here just don't feel right, I don't feel right.... My BP is back up again, my head is filling full, me ears are ringing, and my chest all the way down to my lower abs just starts to swell out of the blue and my cheeks feel heavy, and I still have a slight shake, my breathing is great no problems at all there, thank God ....
When I seen my Derma this am he about freaked out to hear what had taken place last night, and he told me to NEVER fight my DH like that again about not wanting to go to the ER, they also said if I would have stayed home and taken my eve meds that I would had been in a bad way...
But I will update you all after my PCP appt... I will have to say the meds they gave me in the ER last night through my IV, I slept like a baby.... It was something to stop my body from shaking so hard....
I'll be back ladies, thank you all for winging it with me, you all are the best buddies that anyone could ever ask for...
