Question
I would like to know if any of you have rippling with silicone. Can you see or feel any rippling?
I'm 6 months po with McGhan 250lowprofile and have visual rippling and I really want to change to silicone.

I am 11 weeks post-op and have ABSOLUTELY NO RIPPLING!!! I have Cohesive Gel and I love them. I try to find the edges of the implant but can't. Unless things change I am totally thrilled with mine. Mine are under muslce, are yours overs or unders?TooPetite

I have smooth silicone unders and have VERY slight rippling when I bend over...it's on the outer sides. It's barely noticeable, and nothing at all like the rippling I had with my salines. With my salines my rippling was also visible only when I bent over, but it was definitely noticeable, and plus I could feel the implants like water balloons...that's gone completely away with my sils.

I am also 26 inches at ribcage and weigh 115 pounds.

This is one of the pros of silicone - the chance of rippling is very low. That's why PSs recommend silicone to women with little tissue. I just hope that i won't have it. http://www.makemeheal.com/pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=1314
