4/21/06 weekly challenge - calories

Question
I challenge you to count your calorie intake daily. I found a free ticker tool bar at www.calorie-count.com that will do it for you. All you have to do is log in what you eat or drink. It helped me a lot. It will even break it up into an analysis if you like to see how much mmh/product/vitamins_supplements/protein/index.vm?procid=44&catid=810" target=_blank>protein, carbs, etc. you did all day. Give it a try!
It's hard to believe but I'm finding myself putting candy bars back on the shelf! I wouldn't have ever thought!! That's a big deal for me.

That is great! I have set aside candy several times this week. I also chose to have my last caramel egg on Wednesday, but I gave up my usual mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>skinny cow in order to have it & I had the "points" to use. I won't be counting calories, but I will be counting my points! I always put in a better effort when I keep track of exactly what I am consuming & commit it all to my pda.
