alpha hydroxy acids - undereye

Question
Howdy all,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good alpha hydroxy product (10%) to use in the undereye area? A derm recommended that I try this (in an attempt to thicken my pathetically thin undereye mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>skin), but didn't have a specific product in mind. There must be gazillions out there...help!
Thanks!!

Answer
It seems that many here are fond of md forte. I've used that, it is a quality line.

Answer
Lekat, thanks, your a gem! I ordered the MD Forte glycolic mmh/product/eyelidsurgery/index.vm?procid=6" target=_blank>eye formulation today, can't wait to try it.
I am not sure what procedure you are having, but I wish you the best with that and take care!

Answer
thanks- sherry and goodwitch-
I am very happy with what good skin care and mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peels have done to my face-
however, my undereyes - I had some bad mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>wrinkles there- just bothered the heck out of me. I was able to get rid of 'cross hatches' there with the peels,
but there were lines going to my checks that really stood out. Botox did not
seem to help.
I found an occular ps specialist- to make a long story short, we did a 2 pass laser thing there- 10 minutes! needless to say, my under eyes right now are raw as heck, will be bright red and oozey for 4-5 days and then some. Apparently the wrinkles were way deep, so this is what was needed.

Answer
lekat,
My undereye area is the bane of my existence as well - and I'm only 30! I live in LA, and my allergies from all the crap in the air here have shot my poor eyes to you-know-where. No mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>wrinkles, but bags, hollows, etc. etc. So I know exactly what you mean when you say that area "bothered the heck out of you."
I hope you get just the results that you hope for from your laser procedure. Happy healing!
