Is anyone doing Nutrisystem?

Question

Good. Well, I will just try to do an update on what I am eating in here. It keeps me honest.
Cindy, how do you track your calories? Are you familiar with sparkpeople.com and fitday.com? Those are really good free online sources for that. I will update my workouts on here too.
Laughing cow cheese...They have all sorts of varieties (french onion, garlic and herb, original, light). It is a french cheese and it comes in little http://www.skinnycow.com/ They have all sorts of varieties. But my favorite is the ice cream in between the cookies. They are absolutely delicious. I bought the Cookies and Cream variety. OMG! It was the next best thing to Baskin Robbins. Very good.
Kay...I actually like the Nutrisystem foods. I was really surprised by that. I haven't had anything that was absolutely dreadful. I add onion powder of flakes to a lot of the meals to give it a little more flavor. They have a really wonderful pizza. I feel like I am cheating something terrible when I eat it.

As far as how I keep track of my calories. I built a spreadsheet.
It has a running total for carbs, pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=250

Answer
I checked out your album! You look good! Congrats!
I also have a spreadsheet for my meals. I also track my calories expended during exercise. My goal is to log at least 1800 calories per week (equivalent to half a pound). I have a heart rate monitor so that adds to my "anal"ity.

Answer
A pound is actually 3500 calories. So, 1/2 a pound is 1750
My heart rate monitor gives me a lot of useful information.
First, I plug in my height and weight. It alerts me when I am out of my target heart rate range. I know to take it down a bit when I start beeping.
Second, it tells me the number of calories burned. I plug that number into my handy dandy spreadsheet.
Finally, the number of minutes I am in my target heart rate zone. I like to have at least 20 minutes in my zone.
But I basically use it to time my workouts and to determine how many calories burned.
I don't like to think when I am working out. I am so busy focusing on my form and wiping sweat.
How do you like Curves? My mother wants to join. She needs to go.
