Hi there everyone! Once again I had to travel over the weekend Thur-Sun and I didn't do all that well counting my points for ww, but unbelievably I lost 2 pounds! So, here are the stats for now.
148/145/125-130ish

this is really frustrating: up this week even though I ran 6-7 miles EVERY DAMN DAY and hit the gym 4x .

Well this was a total gggggrrrrrrr week! Exercise has always been a major factor in my weightloss success. Since I am only 3 1/2 weeks post op & am unable to workout, I think that is a major barrier for me. I actually had a great week food wise. Ate at my daily points target only using about 1/2 of my flex points throughout the week. I ended up exactly the same. Guess I am just glad not to have a gain!

Bad week for me...up 2 lbs. I have been in bed for 4 days with a mega-cold, and eating soup...even the Healthy Request have a lot of salt.
My numbers are 175/172/150.

I just started weight watchers points TODAY!!!! It's kind of hard but I think It will be better in the long run for success. I weight 164 and will take measurements tonight. I still have 12 points to burn. Julie Ann

Doing the WW core and loving it. I don't miss the surgar or starches and not even hungry. I made myself only weigh on Mondays (this is tough I want to do it every day) so this morning I was afraid of what I would see since I felt I ate too much. But ate just core foods and not vary many of my weekly points.
Down .5 may seem small but I am thrilled!

5'6", doing ww points plan in combination with curves type gym, and treadmill, home workouts, etc 3-6 x a week, but only twice last week.

Well I hate weighing on Mondays because I am always up over the weekend. (I drank red wine on Sat night which puts me up temporarily and went out to lunch Sun & still ate healthy but it's never good eating out calorie-wise) I was up 2 lbs today from Friday's weigh-in.. but I am dedicated, stayed on program today, and made it to the gym for an hour work-out.
286/175/150 or 160 not sure yet :~)

I lurk here and just read your post on this thread....REMEMBER that you're still swollen!!
And running seems to make it worse before it gets better.
Personally, I swell terribly badly after working out--> weight training, biking, running, etc.
But over the long haul you'll find that it WILL come off.

So I was up .6 this week but I was on my period and swelling like a blowfish!! So I will take half a pound gain. I didn't eat enough either last week. Half the days I didn't get all of my 24 points in and I was exercising every day!! So when they say you must eat to compensate for what you burn, then you must do that!!!! Or at least I have to!!!
