I have heard the new JM can take 3 months to work but you will have very dramatic results.Dont know if this is true or not so if you bought the new stuff hang in there,it may take longer but you should see results.I was told that Jan Marini said its the same formulation but this formula does not make your mmh/product/eyelidsurgery/index.vm?procid=6" target=_blank>eyes red.I bought the old JM and I also have the new JM. I am going to start using both switching off every other night. Please post your results with the new stuff,I know the old stuff worked in 3 weeks and even now after 4 mos I am still getting length.

So what happens when you stop using it? Is there ever a time when they are long, and you discontinue using the formula? Has anyone stopped after great success? I guess its maybe to soon to tell.

to maintain your long lashes you have to keep using JM or they will eventually revert to the lashes you had before you started to use JM.You might be able to cut down to every other night but I dont plan to cut down.

Hi All,
I am happy to report that it has been close to 4 weeks and the new JM has really kicked in. It is remarkable, my lashes are sort-of all over the place so with my new Shu Uemura mmh/product/eyelidsurgery/index.vm?procid=6" target=_blank>eyelash curler it really keeps them in place.
I am thrilled, just realized this morning that my lashes have grown longer and thicker!

thanks for your positive report.I have 4 tubes, 2 old JM 2 new JM....there were rumors going around that the new JM was not as good as the old, I am glad that its looking like its not true. Also I heard the new formula does not irritate your eyes like the old formula does.

I am just starting week 2 of the new JM. I don't see much of a difference, but it is only 9-10 days or so. I'm using it on my outer lowers, my uppers and my inner corners of my brows which are thin. I should take a picture so I can tell if there is a difference. ... I also just bought this 1000 hour lash tint that a ton of people rave about on essentialdayspa.com and mmh/product/makeup/index.vm?procid=54" target=_blank>makeupalley.com . It supposedly is a tint that you do at home that is cheap, safe, and lasts for 4-6 weeks. Ugh... I'm mmh/product/eyelidsurgery/index.vm?procid=6" target=_blank>eyelash obsessed.

luv the eyelash curler! Now tell me the name of the tint. I have had my lashes tinted before with little change. My lashes are dark but I think the very tips may be lighter, or is that my imagination? How do you like the tint???

Debby... it is called 1000 hour lash tint. I have dark lashes so i got it in blue black which they recommend for everyone. and they say that the tips of your lashes are always lighter (hence why mascara works). i got it from ... i think pharmacyonline.com... it comes from australia and i haven't received it yet, but when i do, i'll keep ya posted.

Hi gals...i have been using JM since the first week in Oct love it..i use every 3rd night started that when they took off the market to savor it i still have kept that schedule.At 55[yuk!]my lashes are full&have come in blacker i used to have my lashes tinted every 3 months or so i don't have to anymore which is also SOOO nice..Lollipop i laugh everything you say you have 4 tubes of JM 2 new/2old your so cute!!!Yes i love the product still wondering if anyone has tried the hair products...thanks for all the info gals have a great day beautiful here in directory/search.php" target=_blank>Minnesota...sunny 45ish lots of snow

I read on some other msgboards that the tint helps because the last tip of your lashes is always very light regardless of your haircolor. I need all the help i can get. I'm glad to know there are others who are lash obsessed out there!! I hope my JM kicks in soon.

I am too impatient to wait for the tint. I made a appt. for a blue black tint, it is pretty awesome. Hope it lasts 1000 hours, but the esthetician said about a month (not quite 1000) hours. It is really dark at the base, wish it was darker on the tips. I am pleased it cost $25.00 plus tip.

I've been looking for an eyelash tint. I thought it was hard to do because dying the eyelids was dangerous. That is so neat. Maybe I should keep trying.

I have never tinted my lashes myself. I had my lashes tinted black a few years ago, but did not see that much of a difference. The blue black I like much better. I think it would be hard to tint your own lashes.
