I started Weight Watchers and want to do the Core. However, I am confused if I have oatmeal in the morning does that mean I can't have anymore starches for the rest of the day or just can't have oatmeal again. I understand that bread would come out of the 35 points right??? Please help me I am so confused.

Yes if you have oatmeal you cannot have anymore starches unless you count them out of your 35 weekly points. It is missleading when they say this item is for only one meal a day. I have found that with eating all the things you can on core I am not missing carbs and I was a carb junky. I have gone a bit the other way in that I may go a few days without any carbs and find thing don't move through my system very well if you know what I mean.
