Monday Feb. 6- 213.5 + 2 lbs.

This is my first week joining. I had TT on 1/13 and went on 10 day cruise till 3/5, so I gained 5 lbs. I am now looking to loose 20 lbs. I couldnt wait to start dieting and while on vaca I decided I would join you guys when I got back.
I am still waiting to get into a team, but wanted to post my weights and get this started. Every one knows how exciting it is to get started. Talk to me in a about a week about that excitement!!
Worked out this am with weights (boflex) and did some running b/w weights. I am feeling a little tugging/twinge in my BB even tho I didn't do any abs. I hope I didn't hurt anything.

I'm was almost too ashamed to post my weight... but since I'm turning over a new leaf (again), I'm here to post my claim to shame.
I have been posting here for about 2-3 weeks. Since then I have lost and regained the same 2lbs. I'm the poster-child for lack of pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=777. PW:transform

Gained 2.2 lbs over the weekend -
It's amazing what a few beers, pizza, chocolate cake and water avoidance will do to ya! I will be good; I will be good! It will take me all week to drop the 2.2, but I will be good! Grrr...I so didn't want to get on the scale this AM. I guess it could have been worse.

Well, for ONCE I'm happy about posting here. Drumroll please...I went from 173 last week to 169! Whoo-hoo! Now, I'm sure there were a couple of water pounds in there, but hey, I'm just glad they are gone. I am going to work my butt off this week to make sure I don't go back into the 170's again. Gael

You girls didn't make it easy, posting in multiple spots. We had POOR reporting from the GI Janes (Only Miper), and UCan2s (Only Jeanne B and Debby Dee).
