Hi everyone,

I have been considering getting a nose job for quite some time now...but i am so fearful of the surgury and a screw up that I have not pursued it seriously.

I live in Pennsylvania and am willing to go to NY if necessary to find a top surgeon. I really do not want a typical nose job at all-too small, with a pointy tip-I have a very particular nose and I just want to keep the same shape relatively but just downsize it and make it ever so slightly less exaggerated! [ REMOVED ] i am essentially looking for one of these types of doctors-ones that do very delicate, nonextreme, but beautiful work.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has been in this position, knows any top surgeons and what the going price is. I've heard around 10k for the good ones in NY.

Also, if anyone has any horror stories they'd like to share i'd be interested in hearing...

If you really want to have surgery listening to peoples horror stories is not the way to go. Find a good surgeon , one that specializes in revision rhino, and do it. If your looking for a gaurantee then leave your nose alone and be content.
