does anyone kno where you can find out if you are obese? i dont think i am but i just want to see if i almost am or what

There is a way of knowing if you are obese by using the BMI (body mass index) Do a google search for it and find one that has a interactive chart to use. That will give you your answer. The general definition of obesity is if you are 30 percent over your ideal weight.
