Question
Okay, I have an issue...I am unhappy with my body but exercise honestly doesn't seem to help me. My legs are incredibly thin...my thighs don't even touch at the top (I blame it on my Irish heritage) BUT..my stomach is a little flabby (in my opinion). I can feel hard muscle beneath the fat but no matter how much cardio I do..I seem to always have this layer of flab over my muscle. When I wake up in the morning my stomach is tighter and more appealing but there's no way I'm starving myself to try to get thinner. I'm 5'7" and about 120 lbs. this, according to statistics, is healthy..but this pudge doesn't seem healthy to me and I don't feel healthy or secure in my body. I don't care how much I weigh but I DO care how I look and feel. How can I get rid of this unsightly pudge if exercise doesn't seem to be working and I don't want to starve myself? Am I eating too much? Because I think I keep a pretty healthy diet...though I do tend to overeat sometimes when I'm not paying attention. I don't need a diet plan but I don't need exercise either (I'm a pretty active person)...I just don't know what to do...help please.
Answer
Aerobic exercise and calorie control to lose some fat all over.
Resistance leg excersizes to build some shapely leg muscles.
That combo should give you the results you want.
