Question
My sister came home today with a copy of the the rules and drink mix to fast track one-day detox diet. It sounded a little odd, it says that you can drop 8 pounds in a day if you follow the food plan the week before, then drink water and their "miracle juice" for a day. Has anyone tried this plan before? Will we just drop water weight or actual fat/inches? I'm about 5'5 and 138 pounds ( I gained 14 pounds during college finals and was 142....) so this quick drop would be nice if it worked. Any suggestions?

doubtful, you could go without eating anything and not lose that much.
