Re: Losing weight on the "Don't Eat Dinner" diet

Question
Ok my friends, In 2 days I have heard from 2 different diet/health experts that say not to eat for at least 2 to 3 hours before bed. One said 2 to 3 hours before bed (saw on PBS yesterday) and the other said not to eat for at least 3 hours before bed (saw today on my AOL lifestyle tab the persons name is Haymen(sp?) and he is from the famous Canyon Ranch Spa Resort in Arizona and has a new diet out).
Personally it has worked for me and I feel so much better in the morning and my stomach is flatter. I go to bed at 10pm but after 7pm I just lay around and watch tv. So not eating past say 6:30 or so really is the best for me. If I was that guy that said he comes home at 8:00 or 8:30pm from working out at the gym and eats something and does not gain weight, well I probably would not gain weight either if I went to the gym in the evening but I don't go to the gym at night so I don't eat at night. For him that works and for me this works.

Answer
Not Eating after a certain time is a good way to help lose weight....But there is nothing special about it. It is just a way of cutting calories.
