Question
I just have the worst discipline - non-existent discipline!! If you're familiar with Fastin, Ionamin & Adipex, which one would you suggest? I've taken Adipex and it does take my body a while to adjust. I'm wondering, since the other two are only 30 mg. and not 37.5 if they might work better for me. Are they really the same ingredients, and just in different strengths and/or manufactured by different companies?

I took Fastin about 8 years ago, worked excellent for me, lost about 70 pounds in 4 months (did a lot of walking with it and climbing stairs everyday) But since, have gained the weight back, plus some.

But it did work and I can't say I ate healthy. I lived on cheese crackers, Mountain Dew, soup and whatever else I craved.
