Tired feeling??

Question
Anybody know of a good multi vitamin to take daily?
I been feeling a little tired in the mornings, and when I exercise I feel even more tired? after a few hours I do ok...and here lately I wait until I get home from work to exercise....but I'd rather exercise earily mornings..
I may go see my doc, But I think maybe I need a boost of energy that vitamins give you?
anybody have any Ideal'?]
COULD I HAVE BURN OUT? FROM DIETING AND EXERCISING?

Regardless of whether you are trying to lose weight or not you still have to eat a sufficient amount of food. Any vitamins that you can take are found in certain foods. So drink alot of water and eat right. If you are doing both of those things and you're just fatigued, try tyrosine, or the b vitamins, at the same time stay away from excessive amounts of caffeine and ephedra. hope i helped let me know -Jake

I think I'm eatting right, just not has much, counting calories and I never go over 1700 daily, yesterday I only had about 300 calories, I just was not hungry so I didn't eat, but in general I usally consume about 1200 to 1500 daily, weekends I do go up to 1700
I try to have protiene /fiber/ wheat /whole graines and eat veggies and fruits daily.
cut out all breads, maybe a piese of toast that has the 35 calories, but thats it as for as breads go...I try not to eat any whites...ect,,ect,,

I notice if I eat ice cream that makes me real tired so I don't eat ice cream anymore/OR anything sweet with sugar in it...splenda is not as bad tho.
maybe its the diet cokes..I do drink a lot of 12oz diet cokes daily probably at least 3...but I also drink twice as much bottle water.
