SpecialK - how much is two packs a day? 10 sticks? If each stick is 5 calories, that's not too much, but it's enough to take into account if you're counting calories.

This post just hurts. I have TMJ and have had 2 surgeries. Part of my problem is that I chewed so much gum. It's probably okay temporarily, but don't do it long term. I have to admit, I miss it and wish I could have a piece once in awhile!
