Question
I just recently injured my big toenail by opening the fridge door into it. Besides the initial pain, it's seems ok. But it seems that a small air bubble has formed underneath a portion of the nail (about 1/2 to 1/4 way down on one side) where the nail seems to be no longer attached to the bed.
My Question is ...
because the entire nail didn't become unattached (only about 20-30% of it), should I expected the entire nail to stop growing and fall off? Or will that section just stay like that until it grows out? I guess I'm just curious about does the amount or placement of dettachment matter in the outcome of the nail's future. And what is safe to use to keep my nail clean?
