Question
Lately I have been considering donating my eggs...I don't know if this is the right board to discuss it but it seemed the closest, and please forgive me if this information has been previously discussed. I had a baby 3 1/2 months ago and would like to donate my eggs once my cycle is back to normal. I am a healthy 20 yr. old and as far as I know I meet the criteria. I have done a little reading on the subject but have not met with a specialist yet. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this before or knows a little more on the subject that might help me decide if it's right for me. I can't say the money doesn't entice me, but I really am genuinely interested in helping someone who can't have a baby on their own, but at times I feel like I can't believe I am considering it...my hubby thinks I am crazy but it something I really want to do...any advice on the subject would be great! i'm so glad to see your thread! I posted here yesterday about the very same thing, only I want to donate my eggs to my sister who is having fertility problems. Unlike you though, i'm not in my 20s. So I think I may be too old to help her unless I'm a surrogate and carry a baby for her. Please let me know any info. you find out about this ok? Thanks!
