I feel like BE brings out the flaws. Just my personal experience.

I have used both BM and Sheer Cover. I also have very oily skin! I like the Sheer Cover better on my skin. I found that the BM seemed "shiny" on my skin and Lord knows, I don't need any more shine! LOL I also get greasy after a few hours with the Sheer Cover (but I do with ANY kind of makeup) and I just use blotting papers on my skin through out the day. This semms to work best for me and believe me, I've tried many different things to take away the oil! I have had many people say, "Oh, with having oily skin you'll have less wrinkles later in life!" It's hard for me to believe I'll EVER get rid of this oil!!! Good Luck!

Thanks for all the replies! I didn't realize until I went to their website that bare minerals was the same as bare essentuals.
Kymberlee, did you have any trouble picking out your color in the sheer cover?

I use and really like my BE Bare Minerals, but I also use and think I prefer Philosophy Supernatural Mineral Makeup. I have oily skin and this product seems to be even more finely ground and a tiny bit less shimmery or shiny, without being matte.
Philosophy has the triple pigment in four colors (warm 1, warm 2, neutral 1 and Neutral 2) where warm is pink based and neutral is yellow based. Also, there is the slightly lighter coverage version in beige, natural, the bronzer and some other colors I can't remember. The triple pigment is a very natural coverage, not at all heavy and the lighter coverage is more like a tinted powder, but also works very well.
BE has lots of great products though, like blushes and all over color (especially the radiance & warm radiance), etc.
